How do I mould them?
It's super quick and easy! The process is also explained in the 4th product picture. And video walkthrough at the end.
1. Place the JOGA Flex's in a bowl of hot water, or in the microwave.
2. Wait for 60 seconds.
3. Carefully take the shin pads out (be careful with hot water) and place them on your shin.
4. Allow them to mould perfectly to your shin shape, for between 2-5 minutes.
